The process of powder coating

Powder coating can be different from traditional coating. The dry, electrified powder is sprayed on the painted workpiece, so it covers the surface well and adheres to it. The workpiece then enters a special heating chamber in which the powder is heated to its melting point, usually about 180-200 ° C. Molten paint fills small gaps and distributes on the surface. When the products are removed from the heating chamber, they are left to cool. Usually the whole process, from coating to cooling, takes about 1-2 hours.
